Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

  • You may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Invoice or proof of purchase is required.

  • Customized or engraved products are not eligible for refund/replacement unless defective.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Replacement Process

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or exchange after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale items, and personalized jewelry are not eligible for returns/refunds.
